Role Description:
Genscript is recruiting a professional in bispecific antibody to facilitate antibody drug discovery and antibody engineering service. The capability of bispecific antibody strategy design and troubleshooting is crucial for this position. Extensive experiences in bispecific antibody and antibody engineering is preferred. You will closely cooperate with production teams related to antibody drug discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the process related to bispecific antibody, including strategy design, trouble shooting and so Ｏn.
2. Responsible for upgrading and optimizing bispecific antibody platform.
3. Responsible for training specialists for bispecific antibody construction and optimizing production processes.
4. Responsible for collaborating and training with business teams with advertising bispecific antibody services and customer management.
5. Participating in advising bispecific antibody related strategy and business.
Qualifications:
1. Education requirement: master's degree or above.
2. Professional requirement: major in immunology, structural biology, molecular biology, medical engineering or antibody engineering.
3. Experience requirement: a Ph. D with more than 2 years antibody engineering related experience or a master with more than 5 years antibody engineering related experience.
4. Capability requirement:

5. Knowledge requirement:
a. Familiar with bispecific antibody technology and methods in related experimental platform;
b. Familiar with computational tools that commonly used in antibody engineering.

d. CET-6 or above
e. Be able to fluently communicate, writing in English and read English literatures.
