Key Responsibilities:

1.      Novel product development and product line expansion Ｏn Protein Analysis, including current product lines but not limited to PAGE GEL, e-Serial protein analytic instruments and related reagents / kits

2.      Work as an independent project manager response for the novel methods / approaches / technologies Ｏn protein analysis as well as new innovative products. Including patent & literature searching and reviewing, market analysis, current product and technology analyzing, new RnD projects proposing and execution, patent application and new product launching.


Qualifications:

1.      Ph.D. in the field of Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, Analytic Chemistry, physical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry and Applied Physics. A master degree with at least 5 years working experience Ｏn protein analysis is also considered

2.      Deep understanding of the physical and chemical properties of proteins and bio-macro-molecules, familiar with varieties of protein analysis methods / technologies, including but not limited to electrophoresis, western-blot, antibody-based-detection (such as ELISA), chromatography, mass-spectrometry et.al.

3.      At least 2 years working experience Ｏn protein detection, characterization and analyzation, such as protein quantitative and qualitative analysis, fast detections. Candidates with developing experience Ｏn protein analysis methods and products (such as detection kits / instruments) will be plus

4.      Strong ability Ｏn innovation, not tied to existing technical means, eager to break through traditions.

5.      Self-motivated, responsible, professional, good teamwork and communication skills.

6.      Excellent Ｏn both written and spoken English
