Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
Undertakes after-sales technical services for SCHUNK Electronic solution machines (De-paneling and palletizing), including Ｏn-site installation, testing, and maintenance, via phone or Ｏn-site trouble-shooting Conduct production.
Collects and analyses the problems encountered from the customers' side and informs management. Support customer use SCHUNK equipment. Make customer satisfy SCHUNK quality of machine.
Supervision and operator training at customer site.
Improve SCHUNK machine, and contact to internal.
Responsible for SCHUNK machine tool technical jobs, including before sales and after sales technical support.
Present product to customer, support customer to find technical solution.
Cooperate with SCHUNK German colleagues to solve technical issue and other technical communication.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from manager, customers, and the general public.
Assist with special projects and assignments when requested.

Qualifications
1-3 years work execution in electrical and mechanical installation or in maintenance field or freshman.
A strong ability for site execution with high Electrical ( Automation) technical skills.
Basic skill of PLC and C programming.
Must be able to maintain excellent customer interaction and efficient problem solving.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects meeting internal customer demands and SCHUNK business needs.
Ability to respond to technical inquiries or complaints from customers.

Education
College Degree or Bachelor degree.
Major in Automation/Electrical/Mechanotronics/ or Industry Engineering related.

Language Skills
English language ability to analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.
English language ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
English language ability to present information and respond to questions from customers, and HQ.
German language skills are a plus.

Computer Skills: Ability to use PC applications including AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PPT and Email.
